Anna Miles is a junior music therapy major at the University of Indianapolis. At UIndy, Anna is the Chair of Campus Traditions on the Student Leadership and Activities Board, a Resident Assistant in Cravens Hall, an Orientation Leader, and the Vice-President and President Elect of the Student Music Therapy Association. This is Anna’s fourth production with the University of Indianapolis and her 28th production overall. Most recently, Anna has been in The Importance of Being Earnest (Gwendolyn), Evil Dead: The Musical (Annie), and Treasure Island (Jim). In the rare occurrence that Anna has freetime, she enjoys rock climbing, hiking, playing guitar, and reading Jane Austen novels. Anna would like to thank her boyfriend Casey as well as her family, friends, and professors for constantly supporting her in all of her endeavors.
Casey Adams is a Music Education major at the University of Indianapolis, currently in his third year. Growing up in the scenic Idaho Falls, Idaho, Casey's love for music began in highschool choir. Although his primary instrument is voice, he is also a versatile musician, proficient in piano, guitar, bass, and harmonica. While he has extensive experience performing in professional choirs and as a soloist, this is the third musical he’s done. His previous roles include Benjamin in 7 brides for 7 brothers and Wesley in The Disaster Pact. In his free time he loves to practice his music, do his homework, or play Fortnite. Casey would like to thank his girlfriend Anna, for all that she puts up with, as well as his Dad, Dr. Hacker, and his friends for their continuous support and encouragement. ”

Jim is an alumnus and a long-time faculty member for the Theatre deparment. Though he retired about 9 years ago, he has returned on occassion to help us out with acting and design skills. Jim started teaching in Theatre at UIndy (then Indiana Central) in 1972 and retired 45 years later in 2017. He served as Theatre Department Chair for about 20 years. Some of Jim's favorite productions were him as John Adams in 1776, and performing with his wife in the production of Guys and Dolls. His last onstage role for UIndy was playing the titular role in King Lear in 2015.

Production Team Bios
Grant Williams - Grant Williams is an Assistant Professor of Theatre in the Department of Communication and the Director of the Theatre program here at the University of Indianapolis. A faculty member since 2019, Grant has directed Taming of the Shrew, Nora: A Doll's House, and Drowning Ophelia, the latter of which received national recognition at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival. Prior to his work at UIndy, Grant directed and acted in productions while receiving his BA from Indiana University and his MA/PhD in Theatre and Performance Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
Elizabeth Enderle - Elizabeth Enderle is an alumnus of UIndy Theatre, Class of 2024, where she was seen as Nora 1 in Nora, A Doll's House, Pete in 2pm in Faith, Nebraska, Shelly in Evil Dead the Musical, Phillips in The War of the Worlds, and as the Sound Designer for Drowning Ophelia, Church and State, Treasure Island, and The Last Days of Judas Iscariot. Outside of UIndy, her recent roles include Mary Bennet in Pride and Prejudice with CCP, Isabella in Murders at the Maniac Manor: the Musical at the Indy Fringe Festival, and Caterina the Singing Gondolier on the downtown canal. Elizabeth performs regularly with the Indianapolis Opera Chorus and plans to attend the University of Cincinnati in the Fall to pursue a Master's of Arts Administration and Business Administration.
Audrey Scrogham - Audrey is a mezzo-soprano and music educator with a passion for storytelling. She earned her B.M. in Vocal Performance from the University of Indianapolis in 2022, where she performed as Dido in Dido and Aeneas and Cherubino in scenes from The Marriage of Figaro.
As a music director, Audrey has led various ensembles and productions, including music directing a Heritage Tour to Germany, assistant music directing Scrooge! The Musical, and directing high school choral ensembles. In addition to her directing work, she has appeared as Katherine in Newsies with Agape Theater Company, in Classical Music Indy’s Random Act of Music and Abendmusik with Alchymy Viols, and at the Bloomington Early Music Festival in American in Versailles.
Audrey currently teaches voice and piano as a faculty member at the University of Indianapolis Community Music Academy and also works as a marketing specialist for an industry-leading music travel company. She is excited to bring her passion for music direction to this production and hopes you enjoy the show!
Melanie Eakman - Melanie Eakman received her BA degree in Dance Performance with the Conservatory of Performing Arts from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 2009, Professor Eakman became a company member with the professional dance company Gregory Hancock Dance Theatre in Carmel, Indiana. During her time at GHDT, she was the Rehearsal Director and Assistant Director as well as a company dancer. She performed in more than 50 productions.
Her teaching focus includes ballet, jazz, and modern dance which are incorporated in the dance courses at UIndy. Professor Eakman has taught at many dance studios and organizations throughout the Indianapolis area, including Kids Dance Outreach, Roncalli High School, the Academy of GHDT, and Dance Connection. Continuing her dance education, she attended the Jazz Dance World Congress with Giordano Dance Chicago in 2012.
Professor Eakman’s early training began at Jordan College Academy of Dance with Butler University in Indianapolis. In 2005, she also had the opportunity to attend the Interlochen Arts Camp in Interlochen, Michigan as a dance major.
Rae Cook - Rae is a Junior Theatre Major Their previous mainstage experiences include: Marty in Circle Mirror Transformation Lane/Merriman in The Importance of Being Earnest Run Crew for Nora; A Doll's House, Assistant Stage Manager and Dramaturg for Evil Dead: The Musical, and Stage Manager for 2pm in Faith, Nebraska. Their non-mainstage experiences Include: Brooklyn De'Wolfe in Gods of Comedy (Capstone Experience), A staged poem reading for Cabaret Theatre (Cafe Cabaret), and Amber in Countertransference: A Staged Reading (Capstone Experience) Recently for their capstone expereince they Stage Managed for Creative Ground's Alladin: Kids and will present in the fall.
Mason Absher - Mason is 2011 Graduate of the Uindy Theatre Department.
Prior to returning to Uindy, Mason was the Resident Sound Designer for Clockwise Theatre in Chicago. Mason also designed the world premiere Witch Slap by Jeff Goode as part of the joining Sword and Pen initiative by Babes with Blades Theatre Company in Chicago. Additionally, Mason was the Theatre Programs Manager at Minnetrista Museum in Muncie where he directed a production of "In My Hands, In My Heart" by playwright Aaron Bonds. "In My Hands, In My Heart" was recognized by the National Association of State and Local History. Mason is also a husband, a dad, a freelance writer, and lifelong explorer of things.

Danielle Buckel - Danielle is a designer and stage manager in Indianapolis. Recent costume design credits include JonBenet Game (American Lives Theatre) Detroit ’67 (NAATC) Vino Veritas, The Christians, Hotel Nepenthe, Apples in Winter, Cry It Out, and Fairfield (Phoenix). Her recent stage management credits include A Very Phoenix Xmas 16, And I Will Follow, A Very Phoenix Xmas: The Return of a Very Phoenix Xmas, Two Mile Hollow, Wild Horses, No Aids, No Maids, Bakersfield Mist, Alabaster, The Agitators, The Children, Cabaret Poe, Halftime with Don, and Barbecue (Phoenix Theatre) and Skeleton Crew, Mary Jane, and Silent Sky (Summit Performance Indianapolis) In addition to stage management and costume design, Danielle has also “propped” countless shows for numerous theatres around the city. Danielle graduated from UIndy in 2011 with a double major in theatre and history and finished her MBA in 2015. Ambrose Miranda - Ambrose is a Junior Communication Major on the Theatre Track and chooses to focus on Technical Theatre. He's worked in various entertainment environments as master electrician, scenic/lighting designer, production associate, and assistant technical director. He has over five years of experience working with McHale Performing Arts Center, Roots School of Theatre, UIndy Theatre, and Conner Prairie. In pursuit of his production technician and design career he intends to develop the vision of an event or performance with his own personal artistry.
