I-TELL OVerview
Indiana Teachers of English Learners Licensure (I-TELL) is an initiative of the Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL) at the University of Indianapolis, in partnership with the Indiana Department of Education, to help more educators across Indiana earn English as a New Language (ENL) licensure and serve as Teachers of Record for English learners across the state.
I-TELL was funded from December 2022 through September 2025. At this time, new participants are not being accepted into I-TELL.
