Closed for Spring Break for Maintenance

Please note: 

• These rooms are bookable by CS undergraduates, CS Minors, and CS graduate students

• Appointments must be made by midnight prior to booking day

  • All bookings must be made using a UIC account only; all non-UIC accounts will be automatically cancelled

• Students can go directly to their reserved room. Your name will appear on the reservation box outside the door.

  • You can call 312-996-5940 / 312-413-5643 if you have any issues accessing the room

• Bookings, for the moment, can only be made M-F 8:30 – 4:30 for the semester (closed for university holidays)

• Maximum 2 hours per student for the moment to ensure we can accommodate all CS undergraduate and graduate students

• No food or open drinks should be brought into the rooms. Do not move any furniture in or out of the space. Please leave the space clean after your reservation. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in loss of future booking privileges.

• Please ensure that you take all your belongings with you. We are not responsible for any lost items. 

Be advised that rooms are being video-monitored throughout the day. Any damage to the room will be charged to the student causing the damage.
