General Body Meetings are organized throughout the Fall and Spring semester where we invite company speakers to provide professional growth and guidance for students in STEM. These meetings are open to all UIC students of all majors and are a great way to network with company speakers, be exposed to different job opportunities, and connect with other students at UIC.
Our workshops are open to all students and do not require any prior experience in the subject matter. We aim to provide a learning experience that will allow students to gain the confidence to participate in projects, start their own projects, and gain hands-on technical skills that could be useful in internships and later classes.
Raspberry Pi Tower
This Raspberry Pi Tower project offered an exciting opportunity for IEEE Student Branch members to unleash their creativity, technical skills, and passion for innovation. By embarking on this journey, participants not only expanded their knowledge and expertise but also contributed to the advancement of technology and inspired others to explore the endless possibilities of Raspberry Pi and DIY electronics.

EIEP Scholarship Brunch Event
The EIEP (Engineering Inclusive Excellence Program) Scholarship Brunch is an annual event celebrating the achievements of admitted students and welcoming them and their families to the university community. During this brunch, students receive their scholarships, meet faculty and staff, and learn more about the opportunities and support available to them. We had the pleasure of participating in this prestigious event, where we set up a booth displaying a variety of innovative projects and events we have been working on. This exhibition aimed to showcase the practical applications of electrical and electronics engineering and to spark interest among the new students.
