The major domains are contained and coded as the following: 

• Head (Doctrine) —  This is the doctrinal aspect of the human person, where teachings about the faith is given light so that the individual knows and understands the undertakings that makes-up the identity of a true Catholic.

For the Basic Education, the Christian Living teaches the basic tenets of the faith, like sunlight and water that nourishes a growing plant, so does this subject to the soul of a a child.

For the College, an Ignacian Marian undergoes two Ignacian Formation Programs and two Religious Studies subjects.

Non-Catholics are required to attend the class, treating it as a subject without intending to proselytize.

• Hands (Moral) — Faith without practicing it is nothing. Therefore, the faith that is inculcated in the class must be demonstrated through acts of kindness, generosity and a strong sense of service. That is what being an Ignacian Marian is all about: getting educated to be of benefit to society and make this place a better world. That is what God has intended human life to be: always for the common good. This is why the school has an existing and functional Community Development Service (CDS) office.

• Heart (Worship) — One who acknowledges that there is God, cannot help but give praise, reverence and thanksgiving to the Almighty who is the source and the end of everything. In order to facilitate an opportunity of connectedness with the Divine, activities were designed and organized for the person to meet and encounter the One Up Above who is the Only One someone can run to in times of difficulties, a companion in times of vulnerability, a source of strength and inspiration when times are challenged and the Great Provider in times of need. All these are given expressions in various spiritual and liturgical activities.
