The University of the Immaculate Conception, with its objective to help create opportunities for people through enhancement of their technical skills, finally opened its door to the technical vocational world.
During the last quarter of 2015, UIC finally responded to the rising demand in technical vocational education. The university, with its objective to help create opportunities for people through enhancement of their technical skills, received TESDA Assessment Center accreditations in November 2015.
The following year, January 2016, UIC received certificates of program registration in several TESDA short-course training programs.
In 2020, the UIC Tech-Voc Office was given recognition to offer the 3-Year Diploma Program in Hotel and Restaurant Technology (DHRT).
To date, UIC is offering 2 additional 3-year diploma programs in Hospitality Technology (Supervision and Administration) (DHT) and Restaurant Operations Technology (Supervision and Administration) (DROT).
