Enrollment Process

Take an entrance exam and scholarship exam first to be administered by the Guidance Office. The exam will last for 1hour and 30 minutes.

• ***Note: Those students who were done taking the exams from their places administered by our office will no longer take an entrance exam upon coming to the campus.

Go to https://enrollment.uic.edu.ph/ to start your enrollment. 

Complete the online enrollment application and upload the required documents. 

Wait for the confirmation message from the Admission and Marketing office (sent to your registered email) and pay on-site or to our payment partners. Don’t forget to upload your proof of payment to https://payment.uic.edu.ph/. 

Go to https://enrollment.uic.edu.ph to start your enrollment. 

Fill out the online enrollment application and upload all necessary documents. 

Wait for your application to be evaluated by the program coordinators. 

Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation message from your program coordinator in your UIC email. 

Proceed to Registrar’s Office to present enrollment requirements. 

Registrar’s staff validates and verifies documents. 

Fill out the Enrollment Form.
