Mrs.Bates

I was born and raised in Grass Valley, and attended Union Hill School from kindergarten to eighth grade. Coming back to teach at this school has been so much fun for me. I have been teaching since 2017 and have taught kindergarten, third and first grade. I love spending time with my family, riding my dirt bike and mountain bike, hiking, backpacking, and pretty much anything that involves having fun in nature.

Mrs.Goforth

I have enjoyed teaching at Union Hill for many years. Over the course of my career I have taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 6th grade. I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my grandson. I love riding my ebike with my husband and finding new places to take our trailer to camp and explore.
