Zero Pentathlon design assignment:

Redesign a real, existing large underused dwelling into

1. a zero energy house

2. with a minimal impact on water use

3. with a minimal impact on material use

4. with high architectural quality

5. and a good constructive logic

The current occupants are explicitly treated as the clients. And each year, an extra focus element is added to the assignment.
