Hey, Westside! Ready to share your voice? The Westside Poetry Contest is open to all students.
Submit 1–2 original poems on any topic (school-appropriate language). Poems can be any style, must include a title, and be 40 lines or fewer.
Deadline: May 15, 2026 (3:30 p.m.)
Submit to: ckanters@ugcloud.ca
Prizes: $25 gift card, medal, and a poetry journal
Winners announced May 20 at a special Lunch & Learn (all participants welcome—sign up in advance)
All entries will be shared on the Learning Commons page (first name + last initial, unless you opt out).
