Questions,
Questions are what make me, as they ask them all but I never know who to be
There are so many ways that I can be,
Never know what to say
Never know, never know but isn’t that the way.
Trying to fit in the shoes that were set out for us to take,
For us to flit and twist around to try to fit into
These shoes, like roles in a play
Set out and decided before we even take the stage,
But the invisible author is not going to haunt us today,
We can break away from the lines set out for us
Explain the world from the sight you have and maybe the world will be better by the time you have someone to fight for,
Someday you might look back and say ‘wow, I am so glad that I went my own way’
A more interesting world will come to be
When we finally realize that there is more to you and me than the surface images
we pretend to be.
