Eligibility Requirements

• Be a citizen of a PEC-PG participating country (Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia, or Europe)

• Not hold Brazilian nationality or permanent residency in Brazil

• Hold a Bachelor's degree (for Master's) or a Master's degree (for Doctorate)

• Reside abroad at the time of application

• Submit a research proposal in Portuguese or Spanish

• Be available to begin studies in Brazil in the first semester of 2026
