Guidelines

1. All submitted papers must be written in English.

2. The corresponding author is defined as the one who submits the paper and will be contacted via the email provided during registration.

3. Each corresponding author may submit only one abstract, with no limit to participation as a co-author in other papers.

4. Abstract submissions will be accepted until 10/27/2023.

5. Papers submitted after the established date will not be accepted.

6. Up to 6 authors are allowed per abstract.

7. The author responsible for the submission must fill in all mandatory fields in the submission form.

8. In addition to the abstract, the poster should also be written in English. Posters can be presented in English or Portuguese.

9. One of the authors must present the abstract in poster format on the date specified in the event schedule.

10. Abstract submissions are exclusively made through the provided form and require a Google Account.

11. Failure to complete any mandatory information will result in the disqualification of the abstract.

12. Please ensure strict adherence to these rules when submitting your work to the XXVII SIGEN. Good luck!

Author Information

 

1. The banner template is already available on the website.

2. The poster session is scheduled for November 16, 2023, at 16:50, in the hallways of the Department of Biology (DBI).

3. We kindly request authors to display their posters in the morning and remove them after the evaluations are completed.

4. Please note that the mounting and removal of posters are the responsibility of the authors.
