At Re-Cementing Sustainability, we are a team of UF engineering students committed to cracking down on environmental problems within the cement industry. Using the principles of engineering ethics, we vow to push new practices into the industry that reduce emissions into the atmosphere, protect the health of local communities, and inspire new solutions for a more sustainable future. 

As up-and-coming engineers in several different fields of study, we believe we have the responsibility to work towards innovations that benefit our society and the planet Earth. That is why we are currently taking the initiative to raise awareness about how cement production can negatively affect people and the environment as well as offering possible solutions to these issues.
