Q: How do I sign up to join 4-H in Pinellas County?
Register at Sign In (4honline.com). If new to 4-H, please make sure to select "Pinellas County"

Q: Photography/Graphic Design Contest questions
Q: I want to register for the Photography/Graphic Design Contest but not a demonstration/illustrated talk, is that possible?
Yes! Follow the steps to register for an event and the question prompts will ask if you just want to do the photo/graphic design contest.
Q: Where do I submit my entries?
You will be sent a confirmation email after registering and it will provide you with a google drive link to submit entries. If you do not have a gmail account, you can send the entries + release forms to Mr. T.
Q: When are entries due?
Entries for 2024 are due on March 31st.
Q: I have a Pinellas County 4-H'er and I want to register them for events, how do I do that?
Log into 4-H Online.
If you have multiple 4-H'ers, or you have a parental account, please select "Member List" and then select your "View" next to your youth member. Otherwise skip down to #3.
Select "Events" on the left hand column.
Select "Register for a new event"..
Scroll till you find your event and select "Next".
Finish the event registration and make sure to select "electronic payment" or "pay by check". If there is no payment associated with the event, there will be no prompt.

Q: What is a 4-H Project Binder and is that what I submit at the end of the year?
4-H Project Binders help you keep organized by detailing information about your project(s). You should complete a project report each year that you participate in any project. Each 4-H member needs to complete a 4-H record book and submit it by June 30th. All record books and clover awards are to be submitted in a folder or binder to the 4-H office. They are made up of the following:
If you are applying for Standards of Excellence (CloverAwards in Pinellas)- Please select the respective "Awards and Recognition" form online.
Project Report
CloverBuds- 5-7yrs old
Juniors- 8-10yrs old
Intermediates-11-13yrs old
Seniors-14-18yrs old
Project Book- This is the curriculum that you have been working on all year! Make sure that your club leader has signed off at least 7 activities in your project book.
Photos! This should be pictures capturing your experience throughout the year in 4-H.
Educational/Supportive Documents- (i.e mentorship report, Interview with an Alumni, etc etc)
