How do we know how much seagrass we have in the Nature Coast? The Southwest Florida Management District's mapping program! That's right, SWFWMD has been keeping an eye (in the sky) on our seagrasses since 1988. Dr. Chris Anastasiou, Chief Water Quality Scientist with SWFWMD, heads up the mapping program and will present about the most recent mapping results in this webinar.Â
