MMAI OT2 is a fast-paced, deliverables-driven grant. Regular meetings ensure that milestones are met and communication across teams remains strong.
The MMAI OT2 project will have recurring meetings to coordinate progress and ensure milestones are met. These will include:
Full Team Meeting – Full team meeting to share updates across groups.
1 hour Biweekly
Leadership/Admin Meeting – To review progress and address project-wide issues.
30 minutes Biweekly (Ideally day before Full Team Meeting)
Dr. Sarder, Dr. Eadon, Research Coordinator(s), Project Manager(s)
Theme-Specific Meetings – Meetings will be organized around the project’s key themes:

Working Group Sessions – Smaller task-focused meetings scheduled as needed.
