Exam Information

To register for your exam you need to apply for a voucher with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

1. Apply for voucher at https://aesecomm.fdacs.gov. You will select the Structural Pest Control button, CH 482. Then follow the prompts. This is also the location you will come back to when you are ready to upload your training record and insurance form.

2. Insurance General Liability Form: Make sure the certificate holder is listed as: The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; 3125 Conner Blvd, Bldg 8; Tallahassee, FL 32399-0800

3. Training Record/CEU Form: Once you complete the 6-hour workshop you will receive your CEU form either at the workshop or over email. It will have been signed by the provider. It may or may not have been previously filled out with your information. Make sure you fill it out and sign it before you upload it or mail it.

4. Once you have your voucher number then you are ready to take your exam (you can only do this after you have completed the workshop). You can schedule your exam by visiting https://pesticideexam.ifas.ufl.edu. Each office is unique when they give exams and times will vary.
