Welcome to our virtual 4-H office. This Google Site was created as a tool for active members and volunteers to easily access documents and resources for our program.

Meet Our Team

Our 4-H program is managed by one 4-H agent and one program assistant. We rely on a number of skilled and trained volunteers to help us reach youth from all around Highlands County. Each volunteer goes through a level two background check and is trained to work with youth on a variety of topics. Our volunteers are the heart of our program and we could not do all that we do without them. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, contact our office at 863-402-6540.

Who We Are

Highlands County 4-H is a part of the University of Florida Cooperative Extension Service. Extension is a partnership between land grant institutions and local county government. We work hard to provide youth in our community with quality, positive youth development programs and activities. Our goal is to continue to "make the best better".
