All regional entry procedures need to be completed before the end of the sign-up period on Saturday evening.  Each person who qualifies and plans to attend Regionals must be represented or must have already submitted an online form/release/payment/Coggins before departing the Fairgrounds.  An online Regional entry may be completed at any time throughout the show to ensure the 4-Her's spot at Regionals in event of qualification. 

BEFORE registering please be sure you:

1) Know what classes you will be entering

2) Have a way to upload your horses' coggins (pdf, jpeg, png, etc)

To COMPLETE your entry:

1) Must complete and turn in a signed original Participation Agreement form (can be picked up at the office window or at the awards program on Saturday evening). You can also print a copy here. All forms must have "original, wet signatures"... no picture copies or scanned copies. 

2) Payment must be received to secure your spot (if qualified). You will have the option of paying by check, cash, or credit card (will incur additional fees).
