Bit Checks
Exhibitors in every division may be subject to random bit checks at any time during the show, whether ready to compete or only schooling.
Speed Event Bit Checks
5:30 - 6:30 pm
Bits of Timed Event exhibitors only will be checked in the picnic area in front of the show office on Friday, July 11th from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. If you are not arriving until Saturday morning, have your bit checked at the office when you check in Saturday. All participants in the speed events must have their bits checked before competing.
Pony Measurement
7:00 - 8:00 am
In front of Tower (for entries in classes 1, 6, 34, and 39)
Check-In Open
3:00 - 5:00 pm
This applies to both the Coggins check and packet pick-up.
Bedding and Hay
Order online from the Fairgrounds at any time. Can be picked up 7am to 5pm on show days.
T-Shirts
T-Shirts must be pre-ordered when registering for State.
