Talk Title: Analyzing Drug Release Kinetics in Effervescent Ibuprofen-Poloxamer Matrices: A Numerical Technique Approach (1h00)
Abstract: We employed a numerical technique approach to explore the impact of HPMC and effervescent agents on drug and water diffusivities. Our study involved formulating effervescent matrix tablets comprising ibuprofen-poloxamer 407, HPMC, and effervescent agents. Upon exposure to the release medium, the matrix absorbed water, leading to swelling, polymer dissolution, and subsequent drug diffusion. The developed mathematical model addressed the complexities of drug release phenomena by considering alterations in tablet dimensions over time. By integrating Fick’s second law with the free volume theory and employing the Gauss-Newton method and truncated singular value method to solve the overdetermined nonlinear system, we determined the diffusion coefficients of water and drug at the equilibrium swollen state. High precision and alignment with experimental data confirmed the model's validity, suggesting its potential to predict drug release rates influenced by formulation factors. Overall, our numerical approach provided valuable insights into how effervescent agents affect drug release in effervescent matrix tablets.

Talk Title: Good Integers, Reversible Cyclic Codes, and DNA Computing (1h00)
Abstract: For nonzero coprime integers a and b, a positive integer d is said to be good with respect to a and b if it is a divisor of a^k+b^k for some positive integer k. In this talk, number-theoretic properties of good integers are discussed together with their applications. Characterization and constructions of reversible cyclic codes over a finite field are given in terms of good integers and their generator polynomials. As applications, a brief discussion on DNA codes will be given based on reversible cyclic codes over the finite field of order 4. Some illustrative examples are given as well.

Talk Title: Dynamic study of the chaotic system and its application in chaos synchronisation. (20mn)
Abstract: This study aims to estimate the bound set of a 4D chaotic laser system. Based on lagrange multiplier method an optimization problem has been solved analytically to calculate a precise ultimate bound set of 4D chaotic laser system for the first time. Further, Synchronisation has been realised between two 4D chaotic laser systems by helping of bounds and globally exponential approach.
