INTRODUCTION

Engr. Waseem Ullah Khan is a researcher, academic, and technology professional with expertise in the areas of Internet of Things (IoT), Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Secure Communication Systems, and Emerging Technologies. He is currently working as a Research Associate at the Secured IoT Devices Lab, Department of Computer Systems Engineering, University of Engineering & Technology, Peshawar, where his research activities focus on the development, implementation, testing, and evaluation of secure IoT systems, cyber-secured communication solutions, intelligent systems, and applied research prototypes. Alongside his research responsibilities, he serves as a Visiting Lecturer at the Department of Computer Systems Engineering, UET Peshawar, and as a Visiting Lecturer in ICS/IT at The University of Agriculture, Peshawar, where he contributes to undergraduate teaching and academic activities. His research and professional interests span Internet of Things, IoT Security, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Smart Agriculture, Blockchain, Smart Logistics, and Secure Resource-Constrained Systems. Beyond research and teaching, he is actively involved in research project management, undergraduate and postgraduate student supervision, technical training, STEAM education, academic outreach, invited talks, workshops, industry collaboration, scientific and technical writing, intellectual property documentation, and technology development. His scholarly and professional contributions include peer-reviewed journal publications, international conference papers, funded national and international research projects, a patent application, technical workshops, invited talks, and collaborative research activities, reflecting his commitment to applied research, capacity building, and the development of secure and intelligent technologies for real-world applications.
