The research activities of the group "Chronic Degenerative Diseases and Enteric Neural Plasticity" began in the Histology laboratory at the State University of Maringá. In 2007, they were transferred to a space next to the microscopy laboratory in the Anatomy department. In 2009, we acquired our own space next to the Interdisciplinary Dynamic Museum (MUDI), where we work in both research and scientific divulgation.
