Processing takes 1-3 banking/working days from the date the proof of payment was sent to finance@ue.edu.ph.
Payments may be posted later than 3 banking days due to the following reasons:
Proof of payment was not sent to UE Finance (finance@ue.edu.ph).
Proof of payment is invalid (does not contain the right information for processing payments) or is too blurred/unreadable.
The same reference number or proof of payment was erroneously sent multiple times
Other instances in need of verification from the bank or the student/parent.
Yes, UE Manila and Caloocan now accept Debit and Credit Card payments from banks that are members of MasterCard, VISA, JCB, or UnionPay on-site at the Cash Office. For Credit Card on-site payments, please make sure your name is on the card and present a valid ID. No authorization letters will be honored if the card is named to someone else.
For online card payments, please email the Finance Department (finance@ue.edu.ph) and request a Card Payment Link.
You will be sent a Google Form Link to answer regarding your payment details, and a Secure Card Payment Link via EmailPay will be sent to you shortly upon successfully answering the Form. (Cut-off time is 3:00 PM Monday to Friday. Payment link requests during Holidays or weekends will be sent on the next working day.)

Your grades may also be withheld when you have not answered the PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SURVEY in your student portal, or you have pending or unsubmitted academic requirements.

If you are paying on an Installment Basis, make sure to be mindful of your due dates stated in your Registration Form. Corresponding surcharges apply when you pay beyond your due dates. It can go from P24.00 to 5% of your remaining balance, depending on the date of your payments.
