Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 7:30-10:30 pm - UDHS APLEX
Doors open at 7:30 and close at 8:00 pm. All students should arrive before 8:00
No students may leave before 10:00 pm
ALL students and guests MUST HAVE A TICKET. No tickets are sold at the door.
The ticket QR code will be scanned at the door.
You can get your QR code at - (1) Hometown Fan app under “tickets” OR (2) in your confirmation email sent at time of purchase. The confirmation was emailed to the address entered under "contact info" during purchase.
Have your QR code handy for scanning at the door. It can be on your phone in the app, a screenshot on your phone, or printed on paper.
Students and guests SHOULD NOT bring unnecessary bags or valuables with them. Personal items WILL be searched upon entry. There is no method for securing valuables.
Have a photo ID to show at check-in.
Bags will be searched by administration and security personnel.
Attire is semi formal
Light refreshments will be available - lemonade & snacks
Parking is available in the APLEX, Spark, gravel, and cafeteria lots.
For students being dropped off - the Ball entrance is the APLEX lobby.
Parents/rides should be at UDHS no later than 10:20 for pickup as the event ends at 10:30.
Make sure the student's name and phone number is listed on sport/suits coats and shoes in case they get misplaced. For coats it’s as simple as inserting an index card or piece of paper in a pocket with name and number.
Parents, we respectfully request that you have a conversation with your student about being safe and making good decisions prior to the Ball. This will ensure a good time for everyone in attendance!
