Each building in Residencias UDEM has a laundry room located on the first floor.

The cost for each load (washer and dryer) is $25 pesos.

The machines only take $5 coins, which you can change in the coin machine located in building 2, floor 1.

Residencias UDEM is partnered with Fast Clean Laundry, which is located in building 2, floor 1.

Laundry on request: your clothes are weighed and depending on the total weight is the amount charged. Clothes will be returned clean, dry and folded.

• A single 2.5 kg load costs $60.
• If the weight is over 2.5kg, but it does not reach another full load, each extra kilogram is charged.
• On Wednesdays and Thursdays there is special price of two loads for $90.

Fast Clean also has other services such as dry clean, ironing, washing of shoes, pillows and rugs.

Open everyday, except Tuesdays, from 12 pm to 7 pm.
