Where should you go when you arrive?
If you are staying in Global Village, go to GVE 405 to check in
If you are attending a workshop on Wednesday, stop by the registration table on the 4th floor of the SHED before the workshop or go directly to your workshop room in Wallace Library
If you are not attending a workshop but are attending the reception at 5 pm Wednesday, come directly to Lovin' Cup (300 Park Point Dr.)
Everyone should pick up their registration materials at the registration table when they first arrive at the SHED (4th floor by the elevators)

Rooms will be available at Global Village, on the RIT campus.
Suites contain 4 lockable individual rooms with 2 shared bathrooms and common space. Each room comes with sheets, blanket, bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth.
Options:
Housing for one night: $100.00
Housing for two nights: $155.00
Housing for three nights: $210.00
Pillow (one time charge): $10.00
The Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC) is less than 5 miles from campus.
RIT is also easily accessible by car, a few minutes from exit 46 on the NYS Thruway.
