Out in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (oSTEM), Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit professional association for LGBTQ+ people in the STEM community. With over 100 student chapters at colleges/universities and professional chapters in cities across the United States and abroad, oSTEM is the largest chapter-based organization focused on LGBTQ+ people in STEM.

Pride Caucus

We are UD’s faculty and staff members who are part of the campus LGBTQ+ community. We’re dedicated to the promotion of a campus community that appreciates, supports and celebrates diversity. We provide the opportunity for faculty and staff to meet new people at the University and make connections and friendships that will last your entire career! Point of Pride

Point of Pride 

Point of Pride is a non-profit organization that works to support trans folks access gender affirming care to those who might not be able to access it otherwise.  Point of Pride raises money that goes toward an annual trans surgery fund, HRT fund, and electrolysis fund. They also provide free binders and femme shapewear to those who might not be able to safely attain one.  Check out their website above to check out their programs or to volunteer.

S.O.S. believes in empowering individuals and groups to respond to survivors of sexual misconduct in ways that are confidential, empathetic, and non-judgmental. We believe in treating all contacts with respect, dignity, and equality regardless of circumstances, race, color, gender, religion, ancestry, national origin, sexual orientation, veteran status, age, or disability. Human Rights Campaign (HRC)

By inspiring and engaging individuals and communities, the Human Rights Campaign strives to end discrimination against LGBTQ+ people and realize a world that achieves fundamental fairness and equality for all. HRC envisions a world where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people plus community members who use different language to describe identity are ensured equality and embraced as full members of society at home, at work and in every community.
