To ensure the safety of venue staff and each of our MABPOM attendees, there are a few COVID-19 policies and procedures to keep in mind before your travels:
The COVID-19 vaccination and booster (or a negative COVID-19 test (PCR or antigen test) completed within 72 hours before the conference) are required for all attendees and guests before attending the conference.
Masking is required in MABPOM conference spaces but not mandated in public spaces. Campus visitors are required to follow UD's health protocols.
We recommend you bring your own self-test kits to test when you arrive before joining a group to prevent any spread of COVID-19 during MABPOM.
It is important to know that should you test positive while on-site:
• You will need to abide by the CDC recommendations regarding testing and isolation.
• Unfortunately, MABPOM will not be able to provide you with a refund.
• You will, unfortunately, be unable to stream into the meeting to reduce the risk of COVID-19 spreading.
