I created five versions of bingo cards for a Fractions & Decimals Review game because it ensured 100% participation and engagement from every student in the classroom. No students sitting near each other had the same board. Traditional review methods often leave some students disengaged, but this interactive game kept everyone actively involved while reinforcing key math concepts in an enjoyable and low-pressure way.
What makes this lesson one of my best is how accessible and inclusive it was for all learners. Every student solved each question independently before marking their bingo cards, ensuring individual accountability while maintaining a fun, interactive environment. Every bingo card even had graphic organizers to support their problem-solving. One of the most rewarding aspects of this activity was seeing a student with Down Syndrome, who is working at a kindergarten level, fully engaged alongside his peers. His para noted that he was actively participating and keeping up with the class, demonstrating that this game allowed for differentiation and meaningful inclusion.
