The Blue Hen Real Estate Club is dedicated to fostering the professional development of University of Delaware students with a passion for real estate. We aim to provide members with opportunities to learn, network, and engage with industry professionals through hands-on experiences, speakers, and exclusive access to industry events. Our mission is to empower students to excel in the real estate industry, equipping them with the knowledge, connections, and confidence to become future leaders in the field.

The Blue Hen Real Estate Club is guided by a dedicated Executive Board responsible for overseeing and coordinating all key areas of the club's operations. This leadership team ensures the effective management of activities, events, and member engagement, driving the club’s mission and strategic initiatives forward. 

The Recruitment for the Blue Hen Real Estate Club takes place at the beginning of each semester. An information session will be held within the first couple of weeks of the semester. Applications will be due one week after the information session, and interviews will occur on the weekend following the application deadline. Interested students should attend the information session to receive specific application instructions.

The Professional Conduct for the Blue Hen Real Estate Club reflects the club’s mission to foster a professional and successful environment for University of Delaware students to grow in their careers. The club recognizes that upholding high ethical standards is crucial not only in academic settings but also for maintaining the integrity of the BHREC.
