I believe that teachers of English as a foreign language equip their students with one of the most important skills needed in today's world. A student joining higher education or a graduate facing the demands of the global job market definitely needs English to be able to cope with the rapid movement of today's world in all fields. This makes the task of EFL teachers an important one. EFL teachers all over the world are directly contributing to the development of their countries. And I am so proud to call myself a teacher of the English language.
