The Student Neighborhood front desk located at 461 Kiefaber St. is staffed by student staff members and serves as the hub for the area, and can be used for:

• Room lockouts

• General questions

• Reporting facility concerns

For properties with a washer and dryer:

Use of these units is free, but students must provide their own laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

For issues with laundry, please submit a work order.

For properties without a washer and dryer:

Laundry is available in two locations on campus to properties without an in-unit washer and dryer.

Lawnview Apartments

Students in the South Student Neighborhood will be given card access to Lawnview Apartments to use their laundry facilities. Use of these units is free, but students must provide their own laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

East Stewart Gardens, 343

Students in the North Student Neighborhood will be given card access to 343 East Stewart St. to use their laundry facilities. Use of these units is free, but students must provide their own laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

University Place

Students living in UP will have to pay for laundry as the units are contracted to an outside vendor. Students must provide their own laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
