Venue

The venue of the III Workshop on the Halo-Galaxy Connection, Atacama 2023 will be the Auditorium of the Central Library (Biblioteca Central) at the University of Atacama (UDA). The Auditorium is located on the ground floor of the Biblioteca UDA.

The map shows the location of the venue (Biblioteca UDA). We also highlight the building of the Institute of Astronomy and Planetary Sciences (INCT).

It is possible to get by car directly to the main entry of the Institutional building that is next to the Library, although sometimes it is a bit complicated because cars need to take a return way in Av. Copayapu for this. Our recommendation is to get off at the intersection of "Ramón Freire" and "Centenario" streets and walk from the access of the former Rectoría building (as Universidad de Atacama on the map) to the Biblioteca UDA (less than 5 minutes). There is a bus stop for microbuses and collective taxis in this intersection as well.
