Serving as a residential staff member involves a range of complex responsibilities, including role-modeling, adherence to policies, conflict management, and the ability to hold others accountable. How might your core principles and values allow you to fulfill the complex range of responsibilities of the RA/HA position? 

Student leaders are expected to promote, teach and model UC San Diego's Principles of Community and to keep communities accountable. Given the Principles of Community, what does an inclusive community mean to you and what tools would you use to create an inclusive residential community?
