1) Do you know who sees the Summer of CS survey? I have 2 participants that signed up with their personal email for the course but filled out the end-of-course survey with their school email. Will that impact them?
The Kapor Center developed the survey and will be compiling the results. The Seasons of CS planning team won't see individual results, only the final analysis.
2) Does the daily stipend include the workshops throughout the year?
It will, but it is based on attendance. Attendees/registrants will need to attend future workshops to be considered eligible.
3) Will they receive a check or direct deposit?
They will be asked to set up an account with the accounting company charged with distributing the stipend. During the process, they will be asked to decide on which method they would like to be paid.
4) When will the stipend be sent out?
The stipend will be processed once the W-9 AND survey are complete. We hope to have the payments completely processed with 30-60 days of paperwork being turned over to the accounting team responsible for processing the payments.
