In respectful use of shared resources.

Leave shared spaces (lab, office, building, etc.) cleaner than you found them. Clearly communicate when equipment needs maintenance or repair (in writing is most helpful). Support others in their group jobs and expect their support for yours.

That motivation, and ultimately success, must come from the individual.

Only you can earn yourself your degree. The lab is there to support you in your endeavor just as you will support your lab-mates.

Accountability that we will uphold ourselves and our teammates to all the above shared values.
