Event/Performance Documentation: We offer a variety of documentation options from basic single-camera coverage to multi-camera productions with live-switching. Live web streaming and hybrid events are our specialty. Services can be provided in state-of-the-art Atkinson Hall facilities or at your preferred location on/off-campus.
Documentary/Research(er) Profiles: Highly-produced pieces that include interviews, b-roll, technology demonstrations, etc., enhanced with music and graphics. In Ultra-High Definition (4K).
Editorial Services: Script writing, voice over narration and other pre-production planning services available.
QI Production Facility
QI Production Facility
Our five-room, 1,735 sq. ft. production facility is fully equipped to easily help you create content for educational, scientific, artistic, and communications purposes. Live-switched multi-camera recording, teleprompter, green screen, and Learning Glass are some of the key features that have enabled us to produce over 500 hours of video content for several Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) in the past years. Video conferencing and live web streaming are also possible.
The QI Production Facility has two separate studio spaces that feature:
Sony UHD resolution video cameras
Sennheiser, AKG, Shure and Rhode microphones for audio recording,
Full-coverage Aputure studio lights
27" teleprompter/slide confidence monitor
12 ft-wide green screen cyclorama
Variety of pull-down backgrounds (black, white, grey)
Producer's table with preview monitor for instant playback
Additional equipment include Sony and Canon DSLR cameras, Manfrotto tripods, camera gimbals, sliders, and many other accessories.
Other rooms in the QI Production Facility include a Control Room for real-time, live-switching program recording; a Server Room for recording/playback, quality control, and remote collaboration; an Audio Booth for voice-over recording; and an Editing Suite with multiple stations for 4K post production services.

With high-end camera equipment, professional lenses and an array of flashes, portable lights and other accessories, our expert team of photographers have all the tools to deliver beautiful portraits, engaging event/performance coverage, or attractive product photography.
Design and Web Development
Design and Web Development
Our team offers design services to take your event or department to the next level. We develop anything you'll need to publicize your group, from logos to posters to Powerpoints and more, digitally and in print. We also offer website design and development services for small to medium size projects.
