Cloud's Rest (HSS 3027)
We will hold Cloud’s Rest for these times for MCWP/ENVR during fall, winter, and spring quarters:
Mondays and Wednesdays, 8-11am
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8-9:30am
*Reservation requests should still be submitted in advance of each quarter to confirm what days/times the room will actually be in use. If the room is not needed at certain days/times each quarter, the hold will be lifted to allow others to reserve the space.
Mariposa (Tamarack 106)
No process / longer reservable for instructional use with some exceptions.
*If the room is needed by exception, a reservation request should be submitted in advance per the reservation process.
Reservation process
In all cases, MCWP and ENVR will follow the Muir College reservation process, so that the information is communicated in a timely way.
Keys
MCWP is working on staff training so they understand that key codes expire and to test the keys / arrange access appropriately in advance. Keys should be obtained the week before classes start. Staff are not available to open spaces on demand.
