There is something about the little details that are captured in this scene that are really appealing to me. It just shows this character’s morning in detail. This work demonstrates how engaging anything can be when executed well. It is what inspires my own project the most. 

The image here captures a man on the floor in a dark room with nothing but his phone. I like the dark tones of this image thematically. It captures my own dislike of being alone on my phone late in the night. There are some days where I enjoy it while reading a story, but there are also days where I really dislike it. This captures my dislike for my phone and I want to make something that can somehow capture this concept eventually. 

The image shown here is a frame from the short film Bao. This film is one of the pieces of media I saw when I was a teenager that got me interested in 3d animation as a medium when I saw it in theaters before watching another movie that I do not even remember anymore. It makes me believe that I can make something with my own character or own characters without dialogue.
