I have experience in creating detailed, user-friendly documents that support both technical teams and future projects:

• Work Instructions & SOPs: Developed step-by-step instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assembly and testing to ensure consistency and minimize errors.

• Engineering Drawings: Created detailed drawings with precise dimensions, tolerances, and material specs for complex systems and fixtures. Utilized GD&T principles to ensure accurate fit, form, and function.

• Process Flow Diagrams & Reports: Designed process flow diagrams (PFDs) and technical reports to communicate key steps, equipment, and parameters in manufacturing and research processes.

• Design & Change Documentation: Maintained thorough documentation of design changes, CAD models, and engineering notes to ensure traceability and smooth transitions in product iteration.

• Inventory & Materials Management (BOM): Documented materials inventories, sourcing info, and part specifications to ensure timely availability and quality.
