Fall 2023, Robot project part of MAE 3 course. Served as the project lead and personally designed the scissor lift mechanism.
Full assembly done in Fusion360. This was my first time using the program, or any type of cad software. My team members made the friction drive and base, as well as the scoop on the top.
My scissor lift component used triangle cuts in the bars, and aluminum rods to reduce the weight. The feet on the bottom slot in to holes punched in the sheet metal base. The acrylic was lasercut.
