Throughout the development of our Next Generation Blood Transfusion Device, we iterated several designs for the pressure sensor housing to enhance its functionality and reliability. The initial design was compact but prone to air leaks, while the second design improved sealing but was larger. Our final iteration achieved the best balance, providing a robust seal against leaks while optimizing the size to ensure durability and compatibility with the overall device structure.
