California Territories:

CA-23, Covina and West Covina: Located in the eastern part of Los Angeles County, these are communities known for their family-friendly atmosphere, diverse dining, and shopping centers. West Covina, in particular, has a vibrant retail scene with malls and commercial hubs, while Covina has a charming historic downtown and a close-knit feel. 

CA-29, North San Diego Co: This area includes coastal and inland communities like Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, and Escondido. North San Diego County is known for its scenic beaches, surf culture, and outdoor recreation, as well as its growing tech and biotech industries. 

CA-30, South San Diego Co: This region includes cities like Chula Vista and National City, stretching to the U.S.-Mexico border. It has a strong cross-border connection, diverse communities, and major commercial and industrial hubs. South San Diego County also features scenic coastal areas and nature preserves like the San Diego Bay Wildlife Refuge. 

CA-32, Central Valley (North): The northern part of California's Central Valley includes cities like Stockton, Modesto, and Sacramento. This agricultural powerhouse produces a significant portion of the state’s crops and is known for its fertile farmlands. 

CA-33: Central Valley (South): Southern Central Valley includes cities like Fresno, Bakersfield, and Visalia. It’s one of the most productive agricultural regions in the world, known for its orchards, vineyards, and farms.
