You almost always should ask any questions you have about the course as a public or private piazza post (or via a 1-1 tutoring session).

Professor Chin's email, below, is only here for the rare event that you need to contact him for a private issue (family crisis, health emergency) that you do not want shared with the entire instructional staff on piazza.
For transparency, "health emergencies" are things like being in a car accident and being hospitalized for multiple weeks or breaking your hand and being unable to type. Having a standard cold/flu/COVID is not a "health emergency". For "family crisis", this includes things like a major illness or death in your immediate family (parents, siblings).
