2019-2020 Health Link Cohort

Previously, Stasis had been targeting the market of Parkinson’s disease patients, but now they have expanded that to the general balance enhancement market. Target users can be categorized into 1. Neurodegenerative diseases, 2. Sports players, 3. Rehab patients, 4. Aging population. They are building a 3D-printed smart shoe insole that measures, tracks, and monitors a patient’s gait sequence during rehab, and continuously tracks and monitors their gait sequencing throughout the day, and anytime they stand.


Stasis has also made progress on their MVP development: 1. completed PCB design, 2. almost finalized their insole design, 3. completed the first version of the phone app. They also recently hired more members to further speed up this product development process. Currently, they are in the process of obtaining a non-provisional patent.

2019-2020 Health Link Cohort

Epinoma is building a faster, cheaper, and more accurate blood test to detect recurrence in colon cancer patients. They look at structural modifications that can be found in a patients blood 2-4 weeks after tumor resection.
