Experiences Gained

Through this project, we as a team have significantly enhanced both our technical skills in bioinformatics research and essential soft skills to succeed in collaboration projects. We have honed our skills in processing scRNA-sequencing data stored as the AnnData data type, tuning the Random Forest algorithm to optimize its performance on individual dataset data, and packaging Python projects.  Through our research stage, we also developed and strongly improved our fundamental knowledge of machine learning methods and theory. Additionally, as a team, we have consistently practiced effective teamwork, project management, and project presentation skills that allow us to succeed in this project and our future projects.
