USHA

USHA is a program that allows us to access our data with ease. If you have any questions or would like more training, contact Emily Stafford.

FTE

Helps with maximizing funding and seeing errors. Around FTE (1st Tuesday in October and 1st Thursday in March), you will need to check this site for errors and correct as needed. The principal at each school is required to sign off on their data.

ABC Data

Do you want to see who has perfect attendance or straight A's? Want to see your ADA? Would you like to track down at risk students for attendance, behavior or grades? This portion of USHA can give you all that data from PS in an easy to view format.

Student Record

SR is also important to view. It opens around January and ends in June. There will be errors uploaded here as well. The principal at each school is required to sign off on their data.

Student Class

This checks the classes students are taking and makes sure they are coded correctly. Check this for errors.

CPI

They have added ESSA reports to this portion. Shows when teachers are teaching out of field.
