Since this is a community garden, it's important to keep track of the plants that are sown and harvested by all the members of the garden.
Linked below, you will find a comprehensive guide to what is planted in each of the raised garden beds. In the spirit of honorable harvesting, make sure to not take more than you will consume and to leave enough for the others in the community. If you harvest anything, please note the date of harvest on the spreadsheet.
*Note: Beds B, C, and D are being utilized in a rainwater tank experiment. Do not touch, water, or harvest these beds.
FRUIT TREES
Blackberry bush along the right side of the fence as you walk in. Typically at its peak in the summer months. Make sure to not disturb the compost project while harvesting!
Apple trees along the left path at the entrance of the garden. Typically available from late summer into fall.
Lemon tree next to garden bed L. Currently, no fruit.
Persimmon tree behind garden bed B. Typically available in late fall to winter months.
Lemon tree next to garden bed A. Typically available in the summer months leading into the fall.
Apple Tree behind garden bed A. Typically available from late summer into fall. There is a blackberry bush at the base of the tree. Typically at its peak in the summer months.
